My agreements

Thank you and credit to Don Miquel Ruiz, love these wise agreements.

1. I choose to be impeccable with my word – and speak with Integrity. I will say only what I mean. I avoid to using words to speak against myself or to gossip about others. I will use the power of my words in the direction of truth and love.

2. I don’t take anything personally – Nothing others do is because of me. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. I am immune to the opinions and actions of others, I am not the victim of needless suffering.

3. I don’t make assumptions – I find the courage to ask questions and to express what I really want. I communicate with others as clearly as I can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and trauma. With just this agreement, I can completely transform my life.

4. I always do my best – and my best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. I will under any circumstance, simply do my best, and I will avoid self-judgement, self-abuse and regret.
